Description: A female elf wearing a chain shirt and green silk trousers beneath a hooded cloak of very dark green. There is a longbow slung in a long leather holster on her back, and a longsword in an ornately tooled leather scabbard at her belt. She stands about five foot one inch tall, and looks slender even with the added bulk of the chain mail. Jilcirine wears her auburn hair pulled back in a copper clasp given to her by a good friend forty years ago.
History and hooks: Jilcirine has been a wanderer for the last six years, exploring cities, towns, and forests. She is as much at home in the squalor of city alleyways as beneath the cathedral vault of the primeval forest canopy. Unlike the normal elven reputation for aloofness, Jilcirine is generally quite fascinated and engaged with all aspects of life and fun. She has been involved in more than one elaborate prank engineered by her gnomish friends, and is well-known to the city guards, not in a friendly way.
